Biography
"I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Washington. My research is in applications of algebraic geometry to nonlinear partial differential equations with my advisor, Bernard Deconinck. My interests include computational algebraic geometry, nonlinear partial differential equations, symbolic computation, and numerical analysis.
Abelfunctions: Abelfunctions is a Python library for computing with Abelian functions, Riemann surfaces, and algebraic curves and is the embodiment of my Ph.D. work. Follow the links for more information.
